The displayed TIC (or EIC) can be zoomed by boxing the area to display
using the left mouse button. Displayed mass spectra can also be zoomed.
Exercise: Zoom-in on one of the peaks in the TIC of the file EVALDEMO.D.
Selecte and print the mass spectrum for the scan at the beginning
of the peak, the apex and the end of the peak. Do you think these
spectra suggest a single compound in this peak?
Display and print the average spectrum for the same peak used in the
previous exercise. How does this spectrum differ from the three printed
in the previous exercise?
